OneSuite Business New Feature: Report Center

Thank you for joining OneSuite Business and providing us valuable feedback, as we continue to enhance product features for easier account management. To that end, we’re now introducing the OneSuite Business Report Center, a customizable feature which compiles account activities, balance and subscriptions status, absolutely free of charge.

To find out which accounts are having negative balance, run a balance report. Or how many sub-accounts sign up for OneSuite Fax? Create a subscription report, you’ll find out in no time. Export the reports to spreadsheet for number-crunching, or schedule the reports to run periodically. But there are more benefits with the Report Center:

  • Track account activities, transaction history;
  • Monitor subscription and balance status;
  • Customize reports by entering your own criteria;
  • Export reports to spreadsheets;
  • Schedule reports to run daily, weekly or monthly, and have results emailed to you;
  • Save or edit 15 previous reports, or create similar reports based on the templates.
