    Hi Doug,

We currently do not have a local access number for Nova Scotia. However, you can always call our Canada toll-free access number at 1-866-889-9285 while you are in Canada.

I have a US OneSuite account and will be traveling to Nova Scotia Canada. Can I use my account while I'm on the road? What access number do I use?

    Thanks

I've lived all over the US and have used One Suite with local number access for years. We're now in New Brunswick Canada and there is no local access number which meansn we're spending a lot more using the tollfree acccess number. Aargh! When will there be local access here? Thanks

I currently use OneSuite Fax Basic and, when I'm on the road with no internet access, their prepaid long distance service. What I would like to see is a real pay-as-you-go outgoing fax service. Currently, what they have is the OneSuite Fax Plus which is $2.95/mo. $1 is for unlimited incoming (like Fax Basic) so that means there's a monthly maintenance fee of $1.95 for outgoing fax. That is in addition to the per-page fee that still has to be paid for outgoing faxes.

Granted, the rates are lower if one subscribes to Fax Plus but not everyone requires high volume outgoing faxes that merit paying a monthly fee. Some people have high volume outgoing faxes on some months and low to none on other months. What would be ideal is if OneSuite does not charge a maintenance fee for outgoing faxes and just charge on a pay-per-use(page) basis. An example would be a setup like Interfax.net, which is what I'm currently using for outgoing faxes. It would be nice though if I can stick to just one company for both incoming and outgoing faxes.

OneSuite, please offer an alternate real prepaid outgoing fax service.
