OneSuite VoIP System Upgrade, Downtime Alert

Thanks for supporting OneSuite VoIP service. We’d like to inform you that our VoIP system is scheduled to be upgraded from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM PDT, May 21, 2009. Both broadband access and SuiteAdvantage will be temporarily unavailable during the two hours.

Please note that your SuiteAdvantage voicemails will not be saved in our new system. Therefore, please save all your files before the scheduled upgrade.

The new system shall bring you more powerful voicemail settings, such as voicemail distribution group and automatic message forward functions, and better voice quality. Please follow these instructions to re-login your SoftPhone after the upgrade.

We apologize for any inconvenience during the upgrade. Please continue to support our service and give us feedback.

Your friend can sign up from any computer using PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. Just make sure the address he or she enters at the OneSuite sign-up page is the same as his/her credit card address.
