SuiteAdvantage and IP Phone Configuration - Snom 820
Written by Larry, SOHO OwnerNot sure if most of your are aware of the fact that OneSuite's VoIP Service, SuiteAdvantage, not only support softphones or ATAs , as mentioned in one of Michael's article, but can also be used with most any IP phones. Recently, we had a customer requesting our help in configuring OneSuite VoIP service, SuiteAdvantage, on his newly purchased Snom 820 IP phone. So we are sharing the configuration setting screen shots below. Some default settings on the phone that require modifications are outlined in red. Hope this will also help all other IP phone users in configuring OneSuite SuiteAdvantage service on their VoIP phones.

Hi Lucy,
Thank you for choosing OneSuite.
I'd suggest you to choose a phone that works better for your needs and budget as OneSuite VoIP works with most of the IP phones out there, and the configuration is pretty similar from phone to phone. Should you have any problem setting up your new phone, please do not hesitate to contact OneSuite customer support for help.
Thank you! -

Hi
I have been a One Suite customer for several years now.
I am using a VOIP phone now in Canada. Is there a way I can sign up with you and drop my current provider? I've been frustrated with their service. One thing that is frustrating is that they don't leave much time for me to dial. If I stop to re-check the number they shut me off!
What would be my cost?
