    Hi Lin Tee,

What you saw is correct. It shows up in the format of SIP address but it still connects your call. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any problem.

    thanks!

    Hi Saiman,

Please close off the OneSuite Phone application and try again. If the authentication window does not pop up after you close the settings window by clicking "done". Please go to the dial pad and try to make a call. The authentication window should pop up at that point trying to verify your account login.

    Hope this helps.

Hi tr, Please double check to make sure you've entered the correct login credentials. If you are not sure of your SIP Identity or password, please log in to your OneSuite account, go to Long Distance, scroll down to the "Call from Internet" section to retrieve them. Hope it helps.

Installed February 3, 2013. I have the following issues:

    1. My voice cannot be heard on the other end when calling from softphone to a LAN or Cell line. I tested the same with Skype and the receiver can hear my voice but not when I am using onesuite.
    2. When I punch the key pad in onesuite, the first 2 keys entered have the regular button dial tone noise then the subsequent numbers are a funky distorted tone.
    3. Using onesuite it takes an abnormally long time to connect to a dialed number.

    I hope you can help.

    Hi Dave & Daniel,

Please make sure you click "Done" after adding the SIP account as described in Step 11. The Authentication window should pop up after your click "Done". If not, please exit the OneSuite Phone and try launching it again.

    Hope it helps.

When settingup my onesuite phone I did NOT receive a "Authentication required" window to add my OneSuite login credentials. Should this automatically dispaly once you aset up your SIp info on the Options > Settings > Manage Sip Accounts window after you click OK when adding a specific SIP entry.
Any ideas why I dont see the "Authentication required" Window

    Hi Trevor,

You can retrieve your password by logging into your OneSuite account, go to Long Distance Summary page, scroll down and find "Call from Internet" section. You will see your VoIP/Softphone Password there, and you can change your password if you want to.

    Thanks!
