OneSuite New Policy, Perks
April 7th, 2009

Thanks for constantly giving us feedback on how to improve OneSuite products and services. Your valued opinions have always helped us provide better user experience. And this time, we’re updating OneSuite account expiration policy, to make it even easier to maintain an account.
The new policy will make it easier to extend the expiration date. Check it out!
We hope you will find the new policy helpful. As always, we look forward to any feedback and suggestions you may have, and thanks again for choosing OneSuite.
Best Wishes from the OneSuite Team.

The new policy for expiration dates is great. I use my card for travel primarily and do not travel each month. So this will help ou. Thank you.
Don’t understand the need for expiration dates; I’ve had One Suite for several years and have had no problems. I think it’s a good deal.
I also do not understand the need for expiration dates. I know that you have lost at least one customer because of this policy. They opened an account, but didn’t use it for a while (it took them a while to add it to their “environment”. When they finally did try to us it they were surprised & disgusted to find their account closed and their money lost. Disk space is cheap — get rid of short expiration times. An account unused for a year might be closed, but no sooner.
This should be the same for ALL accounts. The expiration date on my pin/home account will be the deciding factor of me droping OneSulite.
A couple of times I only renewed my account because the money still in it…
Dear customers,
Please understand that putting an expiration date is an accounting requirement. We have a strict CPA firm. While we try our best to keep our customers happy, we also need to get our CPA off our backs….
In order to do that and also relax our previous expiration rules, all we’re asking is for you to make a call before the account expires…it shouldn’t be that difficult to call your mom or a loved one who’s not living in the same block?
That way we can hopefully make both our customers and our bean counters happy!
Good job Onesuite. It’s nice to know you guys listen to your customers and adapt to its needs. Changing the expiration policy for the better is a sure way to keep your customers loyal like me.
I think, Onesuite is correct, if you agreed for the Terms and condition, you have agreed to their policy and also if ever the account will be expired or deactivated due to inactivity, well it’s a logic, if you love Onesuite and keep using it, why prob?? If you stick with Onesuite your life will be easier like as what I am now???

Amen to all comments above. This was the only stumbling block that kept me from subscribing before now.
Onesuite makes me smile everyday…=)
