    Hi Michael, so the rate for someone sending a fax to my Toll Free number is 2.5c per minute plus the actual rate for the destination number I’ve set in my forwarding service right?

    Also can I use the same Toll Free number for voice calls and not only fax service?

  4. March 2nd, 2010 at 09:20 | #4

    @ZXT

    Yes you got that right. To check for the actual rate, please use Onesuite rate page @ http://www.onesuite.com/rates.asp and choose Forwarding tab then the Forwarding service (Local or Toll Free) and the destination country.

    Does anyone know how to make the Onesuite Fax OSFX software send faxes with a Windows 7 Operating system? I have no problem receiving faxes, but I’m unable to send them. Please help!

  6. May 5th, 2010 at 10:24 | #6

    @Mary

    Onesuite OSFX is compatible with Windows 7 as tested by myself and some of our customers. There are a few reported OSFX having some issues on attaching or inserting files in OSFX application.

    If you are having the same problem, please try to insert or attach the file by opening the file from the default program.

    For example, if you want to attach an Excel doc, then open the file on Office Excel then “print” it via “Onesuite Fax”. Click on file at the left top corner of Excel, then choose Print and then pick OnesuiteFax as your printer and click OK.

    This will “print” your Excel file into OSFX program. Please update us.

    Regards,

    Michael

    How do you improve the quality of the attachment for an outgoing fax? I upload a digital pdf and you can barely make out the text. Is there anything I can do (I already have the setting at 200×200 too) to fix this issue?

  8. June 15th, 2010 at 13:57 | #8

    @Brian

    I think 200×200 is really small. If you can send me a sample pdf file then I can check it for you and try it here myself and see what happens.

    You can email me @ michael.ray79(at)yahoo.com just change the (at) with @ sign.

    Do we have to use OSFX to send out faxes or can we use another program, such as Windows 7 Fax and Scan program?

    Migrating to new machines running Win7. Presuming compatibility is OK based upon prior posts/responses, but I can’t find where to d/l the OSFX for Windows driver on the site. Need info ASAP. Thanks in advance!

  13. July 28th, 2010 at 02:47 | #13

    @Raj
    Windows Fax and Scan program is a fax software so you can use your PC to send fax through regular phone lines instead of a physical fax machine. You still need a fax modem and phone line to use it.

    OSFX on the other hand is a Onesuite online fax service where you use the internet for sending and receiving fax whenever and wherever you are. No fax machine, phone line or fax modem needed.

    Regards,

    Michael

    @Steve

    You need to log in to your Onesuite account and click on the Download Center button on the left pane of your Onesuite account home page. From there you can download the OSFX and the SuiteAdvantage softphone. Or you can just click on this link https://www.onesuite.com/my_onesuitefax_download.asp but make sure you are logged in to your Onesuite account.
